No I made sure they were on the same drive, least I tried to make sure of it. Also im not a fan of Mod Organizer, ive always used NMM. But I did just remove all the mods and have a clean install of Skyrim, so I may uninstall NMM and Vortex and try MO again. It was confusing for me a few years gao. If you spend 6 hours, after "reading the manual", and you claim you can't get "simple stuff to work", then the problem is with you. I have mods installed for Skyrim SE. When I mod a Bethesda game with Vortex, I download and install the mods I want and that takes roughly 45 minutes or so, depending on the amount and size of the mods.
